Guns & Rain is a gallery for contemporary art by African artists. With a focus on socio-political issues and the examination of African histories – both collective and personal – we are proud to have supported over 75 emerging artists through more than 50 exhibitions and 35 art fairs, spanning 17 cities in 13 countries, since 2014. In October 2025, Bev Butkow is exhibiting at 18th International Triennial of Textile in Łódź, Poland, and Tuli Mekondjo is exhibiting at St James’s, Piccadilly, London. Meanwhile, we are showcasing four female artists: Zenaéca Singh, Bev Butkow, Princia Matungulu, and Tuli Mekondjo at this year’s 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair in London.
