Guns & Rain is an emerging gallery for contemporary art by African artists. With a focus on socio-political issues and the examination of African histories – both collective and personal – we are proud to have supported over 75 emerging artists through more than 50 exhibitions and 35 art fairs, spanning 17 cities in 13 countries, over the past decade. Our current exhibition is Fractured Foundations: Reimagining Resilience, a group show (until 30 April). Meanwhile, Tuli Mekondjo is participating in the Stellenbosch Triennale and, in Oxford UK, our group exhibition ENTANGLED: Southern African Artists reflect on Colonialism, Monuments & Memory, runs until Septembe 2025.
