Please ensure we have your full and accurate contact and delivery details. If you provide the wrong information, or if the courier is not able to contact you on the phone number provided, we do not accept any responsibility for the safe delivery of your artwork.
We use reputable international couriers such as Fedex and DHL, and always ensure that we find you the best quote possible.
As soon as your payment has cleared, we will commence with shipping and wherever possible provide you with a tracking number.
Shipping to the US and Europe usually takes around a week in practice, assuming no delays, but please remember that shipping networks are still affected by Covid-19, and official estimates for delivery are usually 10-14 days max.
Insurance
Our shipments are automatically insured up to USD 2000 whilst in transit. This insurance covers the artwork itself, but not the cost of packaging or the shipping fee. We advise that you take out additional insurance to cover any balance – which is usually very modest. We can assist you with a quote – please just ask.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that any import duties or taxes are for the buyer’s account, not for the gallery, and these vary from country to country. Again, we can assist and advise as needed.
